Junction House is a bold architectural statement in the heart of Toronto’s beloved Junction neighbourhood. Developed by Slate Asset Management and Globizen Developments, this mid-rise community comprises 151 modern condominiums, laneway townhomes, and vibrant street-level retail delivering an urban lifestyle that blends contemporary living with neighbourhood authenticity.

Designed by Superkül, with interiors by Dialogue 38 and placemaking by Vanderbrand, the building reflects the Junction’s industrial roots while offering award-winning design, including the acclaimed House Collection, which earned the 2019 BILD Award for “Most Innovative Suite Design.” These two-storey residences feature double-height ceilings, expansive windows, and modern materiality tailored to urban dwellers who crave space and style.

The project includes a green-roofed amenity terrace with BBQs, fire pits, and sweeping city views, and provides a curated residential experience that honors both individuality and community. Laneway homes offer a rare typology in Toronto—reconnecting residents with human-scaled living in a walkable, transit-rich district surrounded by cafes, creative studios, parks, and boutiques.

With architecture that nods to the past and a design philosophy firmly rooted in the future, Junction House stands as a new landmark in Toronto’s west end celebrating craftsmanship, connection, and contemporary urban life.
