The Butterfly is a sculptural 57-storey residential tower that introduces a distinctly organic presence to Vancouver’s skyline. Designed by Revery Architecture, its form is shaped by overlapping cylindrical volumes wrapped in softly undulating precast concrete—an intentional departure from the city’s typical glass towers. The building integrates seamlessly with its context through a thoughtfully planned complex that includes a restored historic church and a mid-rise rental building, extending both community amenities and housing options in the neighbourhood.
