Blake Village is an upcoming master-planned community poised to bring a new urban hub to the area surrounding the Sperling–Burnaby Lake SkyTrain Station. Led by Create Properties and Peterson, with architecture by IBI Group, dys architecture, and Hariri Pontarini Architects, the project is currently in preconstruction and will introduce a series of mixed-use buildings that form a walkable village feel.
