Lu’ma Development Management (LDM) is an Indigenous-led partnership created by Lu’ma Native Housing Society and Terra Housing, formed to bring culturally informed leadership to community-centered development. Drawing on decades of combined experience, the team guides the creation of safe, affordable, and culturally rooted housing for Indigenous communities across Canada. Their approach blends technical expertise with deep listening, traditional knowledge, and a strong understanding of how reconciliation and de-colonization shape funding, regulations, and collaboration. From early planning and funding strategies to construction oversight and ceremonial support, LDM helps clients navigate the full development process with clarity and care.
