Parkview Mountain House is a three-bedroom creative retreat in Summit Park, designed for slower living, focused work, and year-round connection to the outdoors. Completed in 2024, the home features a light-filled top floor, a generous two-person workspace, and a rooftop terrace with a hot tub overlooking the surrounding mountain landscape. Inside, details like the Utah “red rock” shower, crafted material palette, and thoughtful spatial flow support both restorative downtime and productive creative sessions.
Designed by Mattaforma with construction management by ACI, the house reflects a modern approach to mountain living simple, warm, and intentionally flexible for short stays or extended remote work. Photography by Brandon Donnelly and Lauren Kerr captures the home’s quiet character and elevated comfort. Bookings are now open, with more details available at pmhpc.com and @PMHPC.
