KING Toronto is a striking mixed-use residential community that reimagines dense urban living through a sculptural, terraced form inspired by Mediterranean hillside towns. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, the 650,000-square-foot project draws conceptual lineage from Habitat 67 and Maison de Verre, translating those influences into a contemporary village-like development in the heart of King Street West.
