Toronto Standard Dufferin is a purpose-built rental community planned for the lively Geary Avenue district, a neighbourhood known for its mix of food, arts, and cultural spaces. Designed around a central courtyard, the building maximizes natural light throughout its suites while creating a welcoming internal gathering space for residents. The development is planned to include 60 rental units, averaging 553 square feet, within a total gross floor area of 45,218 square feet. Currently in the capital-raising stage, the project forms part of the Cranson Capital Purpose-Built Rental Fund, with an estimated completion value of $34.4 million.
